MDA-50 metal deactivator reduces the cost and consumption of antioxidants and fuel stabilizers in gasoline, kerosene and other middle distillates. It improves fuel compatibility, eliminates gum and sediment formation, extends antioxidant effectiveness, prevents copper contamination and improves color stability. Low dosages of MDA-50 will greatly enhance fuel antioxidant performance when dissolved metals are present. MDA-50 is effective as a Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Test (JFTOT) stabilizer.
