TSR 10 (Field Grade Material)

TSR-10 which is also known as block rubber is graded according to precise technical parameters such as dirt content, ash content, nitrogen content, volatile matter and properties of the rubber such as its Wallace Plasticity (PO) and its Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).

TSR 20 (Field Grade Material)

TSR 20  which is also known as block rubber is graded according to precise technical parameters such as dirt content, ash content, nitrogen content, volatile matter and properties of the rubber such as its Wallace Plasticity (PO) and its Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).

TSR 10 CV 60 (Field Grade Material)

TSR-10 CV 60 is prepared from clean and fresh field-grade material (coagulum) or from unsmoked sheets. CV denotes Controlled Viscosity. TSR-10 CV60 is a viscosity-stabilized field grade produced under controlled circumstances. The Mooney Viscosity is controlled to a value of about 60 (+7,-5). Compared to the TSR-20 CV60 the TSR-10 CV60 has less dirt content.

TSR 20 CV 60 (Field Grade Material)

TSR-20 CV 60 is prepared from clean and fresh field-grade material (coagulum) or from unsmoked sheets. CV denotes Controlled Viscosity. TSR-20 CV 60 is a viscosity-stabilized field grade produced under controlled circumstances. The Mooney Viscosity is controlled to a value of about 65 (+7,-5). Compared to the TSR-10 CV60 the TSR-20 CV60 has more dirt content.

TSR GP (Blend)

TSR GP is a rubber made from a 60:40 mixture of latex-grade sheet rubber and field coagulum. It is viscosity stabilized at 65 Mooney units using hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS).

TSR-5 (Sheet Material)

TSR-5 is produced from fresh coagulum and from unsmoked, ribbed-smoked sheets and air-dried sheets.

TSR CV 50 (Latex grades)

TSR-CV is produced from high quality field latex. Rubber is viscosity stabilized at narrow money viscosity range. TSR-CV Rubbers are generally softer than conventional grades. Coupled with its constant viscosity feature, it provides a unique cost advantage in eliminating the premastication process and high reject rates, when used in open mill the rubber forms coherent band almost instantaneously thus increasing the milling through put.
