DPG

Accelerators & Activators for rubber compounding

N,N’-Diphenylguanidine (DPG) is a vulcanization accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. Furthermore, N,N’-Diphenylguanidine (DPG) a secondary accelerator, activating Thiazoles (MBT, MBTS), Thiurams (TMTM, TMTD) or Sulfenamide (CBTS) in NR (0.1-0.5phr), SBR (0.15 – 0.75phr) and NBR (0.1-0,5phr) applications.

Zinc Oxide (ZnO)

Zinc Oxide is an activator, a high purity zinc oxide manufactured from zinc metal, with a low heavy metal content. We offer both a technical as pharma approved grade high purity Zinc Oxide.

Gasoline Antioxidant 44PD also known as (di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene diamine) is an amine based extremely versatile gasoline antioxidant and diesel antioxidant/stabilizer.

6PPD

Anti – Oxidants / Anti – Degradants

6PPD also known as N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine used as an anti-oxidant and antiozonant for elastomers. 6PPD is also used as heat oxygen stabilizer in many kinds of rubber products.

Insoluble Sulphur DS OT 20 is an vulcanising agent and insoluble in elastomers. Insoluble sulphur is a completely non-blooming and ideal vulcanizing agent. The hdgrade possessing a higher level of thermal stability and providing optimum resistance to reversion to the soluble form of sulphur even at elevated temperatures. Such a product facilitates enhanced bloom protection.

Epoxidized Soybean Oil (ESBO)

Epoxidized Soybean Oil (ESBO) is a plasticizer and stabilizer to maintain softness and flexibility at varying temperature ranges. Epoxidized Soybean Oil (ESBO) is a bio-degradable and renewable replacement and cost efficient alternative for phthalate plasticizers in PVC compounds, applications and other plastic materials.

TMQ

Anti – Oxidants / Anti – Degradants

TMQ also known as (2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline) used as an antioxidant. TMQ act as a radical scavenger in elastomers to protect against oxidative aging.

Dipentaerythritol

Di-Pentaerythritol is a crystalline solid with six primary hydroxyl groups and high melting point. Di-Pentaerythritol is an important raw material for many environmentally friendly applications.

Gasoline Metal Deactivator (MDA-50)

Gasoline Metal Deactivator (MDA-50) stabilizes gasoline and cracked light distillate streams. It contains N,N’disalicylidene-1,2-propanediamine dissolved in a suitable solvent.

TMTD

Accelerators & Activators for rubber compounding

TMTD also known as (Tetramethyl thiuram disulphide) used as single accelerator, secondary accelerator or as a sulphur donor in elastomers. TMTD can also be used as retardant in the vulcanization of rubbers.

Waterborne silane coupling agent (SI69 & SI75) is a multi-functional, sulphur containing water based cross-linker with high purity. It can reduce the viscosity and improve the process ability of rubber and PE products and applications. It is suitable to improve the reinforcing properties of fillers.

Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is a thermo-plastic elastomer based on chlorination reaction. The Chlorinated Polyethylene is a uniformly chlorinated impact modifier.

Renewable Silica

Renewable Silica is a sustainable and disruptive filler produced from rice husk ash, with a low heavy metal content, high dispersion and invariant colour. The Renewable Silica is used as matting agent, carrier of additives, ticking or anti-settling/anti-caking agent.

Extender Oil or Process Oil can be used as a softener in rubber compounds and tires, assist in the mixing operation to reduce compounding time, improve the process ability and to modify the physical properties.

TBBS (NS) also known as (N-tert-.-butyl-2-benzothiazyl sulphenamide) is a vulcanization accelerator with delayed action and short cured time. TBBS is widely used in all sort of rubber products and tyres. The product is a delayed accelerator with delayed action and great curing time.

CBS

Vulcanizing Agents

CBS also known as N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulphenamide) is a vulcanizing accelerator with better scorch resistance and shorter vulcanizate time. CBS can enhance the tensile strength of the cross-link rubbers.
